Emanuel Archibald was present at the inception of the Falling Angels Sickle Cell Foundation in 2009. He has a passion for and is a close witness to the trails, tribulations, and the triumphs of those living with or caring for a loved one with sickle cell disease. In 2017 he was appointed to the Board of Directors and also serves as the organization’s Financial Advisor. He is responsible for the preparation and presentation of all the financial records and reports to the Board of Directors. Some of his additional responsibilities include, event budgeting and fundraising.

Emanuel retired in 2009 from a civil service career that spanned twenty-three years. He currently resides in Orange Country, New York With his wife. Yvoone.
